Eammon Dunlea heads up Continuous Improvement across 8 of the Princes Food Group Manufacturing sites
in the UK. The Princes Manufacturing System is an impressive framework which focuses on People, Process,
Asset Care and Innovation. He was also involved in developing and implementing the Britvic Work System,
which is a combination of TPS and TPM but designed specifically for the company. Prior to this he has
supported Unilever, Ford, Diageo and PZ Cussons in lean initiatives.
Eammon has a great passion for Creative Problem Solving and his workshop will cover the fundamentals of
CPS, how to get started, how to break down the problem, Brainstorming using SCAMPER & picture prompts
and Ideas selection. This will be an interactive workshop, so prepare to get involved!
